All I can see from the maps is a huge growth in the number of 20mph limits :@

I would much rather see the 1964 LTP which had proper expressways and GSJs :D

Yeah, pretty much £500m for some placebo politics. What a waste, there are A-roads crying for real safety improvements like roundabouts replacing crossroads and whatnot and instead we go for that.

If this is just job creation, again it's a rubbish way to go about it as actual engineering improvements would provide more work for everyone than some legal paperwork and 3 hours of CAD drawing.
