Single Point Urban Interchange

On the wiki it says there is only one SPUI in the UK (in Belfast) however does the A38/A4540 in Birmingham not also qualify as an SPUI?

Not quite, as straight through movements are provided, enabling integration with an adjacent roundabout junction.

They seem to be very common in the USA, I remember finding a site on American road design a few years ago which had a feature on spooys.
