yesterday i had a look at the new layout near forster square and it appears that the local council are going to sink the road so its a S1 b/ways and slips if theres any info that i have missed please add below.

Can you explain this better?

S1 both ways? Sink the road? I do not understand - I'm sure this is interesting however.

I haven't a clue what the original poster is talking about. The new road layout has been finished. The point of the 'Connecting the City' project was to get all the roads realigned before construction of the new shopping centre could begin
