It looks very familiar, I first thought A23 but it doesn't look quite right for that. A12 in Essex maybe?

It's not the GSJ in Lordshill, though I do agree it looks similar (it was my first thought, but I rejected it as it's too small) in foliage, and that the roads don't look like they are very major.

Definitely new town feel to it.
