Years ago ,I was a member. At that time, there was a section with road numbers and a drive through description . I remember thinking of adding some comments to one road I've known well for over 45 years, but can't find it ,or the section on roads with numbers .Help?

It's now the Wiki. See the top yellow bar :)

As has recently been discussed in this thread that you started, everything you're looking for is on the Wiki. Click on "Wiki" at the top menu.

You might also recall that there has been a selection of original road numbers from 1923, that has since been comprehensively updated to include every single classified road in the original scheme, the majority of which can also be displayed on a contemporary map.

Also, if you let us know what your old account was, we can move all your old posts across to your current one.

Once you have clicked on the link to the wiki, just type the road number of the road you want to add a description of into the search box, click 'Go', and you can add your comments by clicking on 'Edit' just under the yellow bar at the top of the page. Add your comments and click save page.

If you want the lists. On the Main Page of the wiki, there are links to Motorways, A roads, etc - it's really not unintuitive (certainly no less so than when it was called 'digest' - an equally unhelpful name on the yellow bar).
