The only sign I can find giving a number to the A211 (other than it's original A21) is this one that calls it the A221.

Looking for some sort of official recognition of that number, I found This .pdf: a Statutory description of changes to Class I and Class II roads in Northern Ireland in 2004 (good on them!). This calls it A211.

I seem to remember having this discussion at some point. I recall that the consensus was that the road sign was wrong.

Indeed, this was in many ways me just justifying the A221 page on the wiki and trying to think it through myself.
