constructed 2005 - mostly opened but section between B260 and A226 Thames Way from just north of new A2/A2260 junction past new Ebbsfleet Int Station to Signalised junction with Thames Way has yet to open despite being "finished" 2 years ago (lights signs and markings all complete) - concrete barriers even have weeds growing out of them

This road was finally opened on Monday November 19th The same day as ebbsfleet International was opened to the public. One interesting point of the new section is the bridge over the mainline of HS1 is clearly built wide enough for a D2 an the deck even is surfaced to binder course maybe future dualling or as seems common around this area a Busway extension to maybe Ebbsfleet Quarry once all the new development starts
