I wondered why nobody had done this yet, then I discovered the security mechanism is still a bit wonky with respect to administrative actions, so it was non-obvious to do. This will need to be fixed at some point.

We also need to be able to rename files, as I messed up when uploading a pic in Yorkshire.
Can this be done?
