This isn't strictly speaking a missing entry, but it occurs to me after reading the "problems" thread that the Roads by 10 entry on the A625 deals almost exclusively with the old collapsed road rather than the road currently bearing that number. Do we have a volunteer to write up the new version?

I'll do it. OK if I post as a new thread?

There are no Digest entries for the A771 or A781 (both of which have write-ups on Roads by 10). I'll try to put together a more detailed list of Scottish omissions later on.

The link from the entry for the Leicester A594 goes to the Roads by 10 page for the Cumbrian A594. However, I've a feeling there's no Roads by 10 page for the Leicester A594 - there's certainly no entry for it on the progress table. How can this best be patched up?

Either have a two-part A594 entry within R10, or have the legit A594 appear as it and the fake A594 as zone5/a594_2.html or something...

Not so much a "missing" number, but an extra one.

I can't find any evidence for the Beaconsfield Bypass ever being referred to as A40(M)...

And shouldn't the two parts of A102(M) be listed separately, like the A1(M) sections? One was "East Cross Route" and one was "Blackwall Tunnel Southern Approach", if memory serves...

I have a map with it on I think. I'll take a look this evening and report back (wish I had a scanner)...

As for the A102(M) sections, I'll make the change...

Yeah, I guess you've been under a rock!

M4 Toll is the tolled route that goes south of Newport...

M4 Toll now added. I'll try not to let something this big (even if it only a planned road and may never happen) pass me by again!

As another "extra" entry, didn't we decide once that the Preston Bypass had never been A6(M), or at least there was no evidence for it having been so?

So it was built as M6?

Well, my 1959 atlas manages to have the Preston bypass in, but without any number attached to it, but my 1961 Preston one-inch sheet certainly has it marked (along with the Lancaster bypass) as M6.

A6(M) deleted then. The other A6(M) (Stockport - Hazel Grove proposed) remains.

How about adding the M601, Paul?
