Great Welsh Roads Website

Post by Pagan_Brad »

A snippet for you all.
The M4NTAIS website, which you can find at www.m4ntais.com, has all kinds of traffic and road news for Wales. It is being developed by WS Atkins, the contstruction/civil engineering firm, and is a wealth of groovy information.
Of particular interest to SABRE afficionados is the Story of the Severn Bridge, which you can find by clicking the Civil Engineering link. Also in that section is info on the 2nd Severn Crossing and the Baglan Bay bit of the M4.
Even more fascinating is the live traffic cameras. Yes, you can watch cars go by on the M4 from anywhere in the world. Technology is ace! I know it seems bizarre, but just like Big Brother, it can be strangely compelling viewing...
Have a look and see what you think.
Cheers,
Brad.
Eeh! What did we do before the M62?
