A302 County Hall208 views(Although some road markings would have you believe it's the A23) This is the former County Hall rounabout, the western leg of which is now closed so the oter legs are all two-way. Coming off Westminster Bridge, there are three lanes leading onto the next leg of the roundabout, and two for turning right. Finally there are two going the other way (the double-decker bus in the background is occupying one of them). Just beyond the bus, a third lane appears on the right, giving access to the disused leg of the roundabout, which is now a bus park.
