A171 turns the corner125 viewsThis is coming out of Whitby (East side) onto the main road. To the left is, of course, going down to Scarborough. I will say, make sure your headlights are working before you do this at night as its 20 miles in pitch darkness.
To the right is an amazing bridge that crosses the river and railway line. The views from it are amazing. The bridge was put in to releave Whitby Town Centre and the swinging bridge which is still congested - with people!!!Snowman (wikified)
