The A6026 is a very short, but important, road in Calderdale linking the A58 with the A629 and providing a complete bypass of the Halifax urban area. It also provides access to the massive data centre owned by Lloyds (originally the HBOS Copley offices - buses still refer to HBOS!), and manages a substantial pair of 40mph limits.
Originally, the A6026 cannoned off the A629 and continued south to end on the A6025 (now B6114) in Greetland. This section is now B6112.
Other than that, there is little of interest. This really is a local road for local people!
