The A6100 was a short link road to the south of Sheffield city centre.
The road started on the A621 when that bore right from London Road into Abbeydale Road and continued itself along London Road. The road then met the A61 at Queens Road and bounced back along Wolseley Road, to rejoin the A621 on Abbeydale Road.
The A6100 came into being in the mid-1920s as a renumbering of the B6068. Owing to the short length of the road it is not known how long the A6100 number lasted. Maps that show tramlines along London Road and Wolseley Road show the road numbered as A6100, so it could have had this number for the time it had a tramway.
The London Road section is now numbered B6388 and the Wolseley Road section the A621 as the latter road has been rerouted.
