Adamsdown Interchange was a planned junction on the unbuilt Hook Road in Cardiff. Its position was immediately west of the major junction between the Hook Road and the eastern stretch of the Southern Primary. This necessitated the need for C/D roads and braiding to prevent any weaving. The same applied to the west as Butetown Interchange was close by.
