The B110 was an effective extension of the B516, which sat on the opposite side of the A1, Holloway Road. In many ways, it is surprising that the B516 wasn't extended, and that this route was given its own number. It wound through suburban streets in Lower Holloway, connecting the A1 with the A103 and A503, but probably no quicker than following the main road routes.
