The B1275 is an industrial B-road on Teesside.
It starts on the A1027 (former A19) on the western edge of Billingham and heads east. Its original route was along Chiltons Avenue as far as the A1046 Haverton Hill Road. However, this route was quickly buried under an industrial site and so the B1275 was rerouted around the north in the 1920s onto its current route.
The B1275 now bypasses the chemical works before crossing and running parallel to a railway line. At its east end it TOTSOs right before ending shortly afterwards on the A1046 at Haverton Hill.
