The B2004 is a medium-length B-road in the Medway Towns area of Kent.
It starts on the A231 in Brompton, on the edge of Chatham, and heads northeast past the Royal Engineers Museum and Mid-Kent College before it TOTSOs left to reach a GSJ on the A289.
The B2004 multiplexes east along the A289 for over a mile along the bank of the River Medway, although before the building of the Medway Tunnel that road did not exist in this area and the B2004 continued perfectly well by itself. At a roundabout the A289 turns south and the B2004 regains its route and continues eastwards along the river. It goes through Lower Twydall before turning right at a mini-roundabout to head inland. It crosses the Chatham Main Line at a level crossing by Rainham (Kent) station before ending soon afterwards at traffic lights on the A2.
