The B2108 is an urban A-road in the Medway Towns area of Kent. The road was originally unclassified but quickly became the A289. The B2108 came into being when the road was bypassed in 1999.
The road starts at traffic lights on the A2 on the western edge of Strood. It heads northeastwards along the residential Rede Court Road, soon reaching the A226 which is crossed via a signalised staggered crossroads.
The road continues through Wainscott where it crosses a number of mini-roundabouts, one of which is at the start of the B2000. Presently the road reaches a full-size roundabout where it ends on the A228 and A289.
