The B218 is an urban B-road in the London Borough of Lewisham.
It starts on the A2 just to the east of New Cross station. It continues south, soon crossing the A20. It meets the East London Line just to the north of Brockley station. Here it meets the B2142 at a double mini-roundabout before going under another railway line.
The B218 continues south along Brockley Road, passing Brockley Cemetery and Crofton Park station before going through the suburb of Honor Oak Park and then ending on the A205 at Forest Hill.
