This article is about the current B3147 in Dorchester.
For the original B3147 in Sherborne, see B3147 (Sherborne).
This is the route of the former A37 / A354 through Dorchester. We start at the north western end of the town's bypass, meeting the A37 at a roundabout. Heading south west and then south, we cross the B3150 at a roundabout before taking Albert Road and Cornwall Road, and crossing the B3144 at a crossroads. We are now on Mambury Road, and follow it to the traffic lights on Weymouth Avenue, where we turn right and follow Weymouth Avenue out to the bypass once more, meeting the A35 and A354 at a roundabout.
