The B3296 is a short road on the Lizard peninsula.
It starts on the A3083 in Penhale, at the southernmost junction between two classified roads on the mainland UK. It heads roughly northwest via Meaver into Mullion. Due to narrow roads in the centre of Mullion there is a one-way loop through the village. Westbound traffic takes the original route of the B3296 whereas eastbound traffic is diverted north via a TOTSO by the village car park.
The B3296 leaves Mullion heading southwest; the road is still narrow. Just past the edge of the village there is a car park for Mullion Cove and then the road enters the settlement of Mullion Cove. A sign is passed prohibiting buses (although there is nowhere here for them to turn round) and also advising drivers that there are no car parks beyond the sign. The road continues a short distance further. The road widens to form a turning circle (where the B3296 ends) before continuing down a slipway into the harbour.
