The B3335 was a short link road to the north of the Wiltshire village of Upavon. Originally unclassified it gained its number in the mid-1920s. However, the road was short-lived as it was upgraded to Class I status, becoming a spur of the A345, in 1935 and then declassified in the 1960s.
The road started at the present A342 TOTSO in Rushall, and headed north on Pewsey Road and Rushall Road to the present roundabout at North Newnton. This road is now the A345 but was originally numbered A338.
