The B3366 is a short road through the suburbs of Shepperton. The road was originally unclassified but gained its number in the late 1920s. The road is signed and marked on some maps as a spur of the B376 but its number is confirmed by local-authority documentation.
The road starts at a roundabout on the A244 on the eastern edge of town and heads west along the straight, residential Green Lane. There is a service road on the right to begin with; later there is one on the left.
Presently the road reaches the centre of Surbiton, where it passes a turning to the station then ends at the northern end of the High Street at traffic lights on the B376.
