The B3375 was a short link road in Fulwell, near Twickenham. Owing to the short length of the road its history is not fully known. However, it gained its number in the late 1920s and retained Class II status until at least the 1950s, although this does not prove it kept the B3375 number. The road has since been declassified and closed to through traffic.
The road started on the A311 Hampton Road, at a junction that has now been blocked off. It headed south along Stanley Road, which has the air of a back street, ending after about a quarter of a mile at a bend on the B358, where it turned from South Road into Stanley Road.
