The B4202 is a rural B-road near the Wyre Forest.
It starts on the A4117 at the Mawley Oak, just to the west of the long-gone Cleobury Mortimer station. It heads vaguely southwards, soon crossing the county boundary as it climbs Church Hill, descends to Bayton Common and climbs again to a summit at Clows Top, where it crosses the A456.
The road follows the undulating countryside via Snead Common into Abberley. The village is on the side of Abberley Hill and so the road climbs steeply away from the centre of the village before ending on the A443. Owing to the sharp angle of the junction traffic is advised only to turn left, signposted Worcester; westbound traffic should have taken a different, unclassified road out of Abberley to reach the A443.
