The B467 is a short B-road on the western edge of the London urban area.
It starts at a roundabout on the A4020 (former A40) in the centre of Uxbridge. It heads roughly northwards, soon crossing the High Street, before bending to the right and reaching a set of traffic lights. Here the B467 TOTSOs left - the road to the right is the B483 but that has no direct access. Traffic heading the other way is not restricted.
Immediately after this junction the B467 reaches Swakeleys Roundabout which is a GSJ with the A40 Western Avenue. The B467 continues straight on and crosses another roundabout before bending right onto a dual-carriageway section. It crosses the River Pinn and ends soon afterwards at a T-junction with the B466. The dual carriageway ends a few yards before this junction.
