The B6109 is a short link road in Yorkshire's Colne Valley.
It starts on the B6107 at Holt Head on the edge of the moors. It heads north, descending as it does so. In fact, the road skirts the edge of a steep valley for virtually its entire route.
Presently the road reaches the edge of Slaithwaite. It descends through residential streets before ending on the A62 on the southern edge of town.
