The B6126 is a short B-road to the southwest of Leeds.
The road starts in Upper Moor Side, to the west of New Farnley. Adjacent sets of traffic lights on the A58 serve inbound and outbound traffic separately.
The road heads roughly southwards into Gildersome where it bends sharply to the left. It runs through the village along a road liberally scattered with speed bumps to cross the A62 at traffic lights. There is then a short section across fields and a small stream before the road goes over the M62 and enters Morley.
The B6126 heads southeast through the suburbs along the dead-straight Asquith Avenue to reach a mini-roundabout on the A643. Originally the road ended here but it was extended further into the town centre in the 1960s. There is therefore a short multiplex southwest along the A643 to the next mini-roundabout before the B6126 regains its number by turning left. It heads east along Brunswick Street to end at a set of traffic lights on the B6127.
