The B6326 is described in the 1922 Road Lists as Newcastle-upon-Tyne (Two Ball Lane).
The road started on the A69 (now A186) West Road and headed north along Two Ball Lonnen, at that time just outside the urban area. It ended less than a mile further on on the B6324 (now A167) Stamfordham Road.
Renumberings in the area have put the B6326 number out of zone. As such the road has been renumbered as part of the B1305.
