The B64 starts at the northern end of the A12 in the small village of St Ouen in the north east of the island and heads west. Quickly leaving the village behind, the road runs between fields dotted with houses for an uneventful mile before coming to an end at a fork junction. This is a TOTSO, both onward routes being the B35, and priority given to the route down to St Ouen's Bay.
