The B73 is a medium-length B-road in central Northern Ireland.
It starts at traffic lights on the A29 in the centre of Cookstown. The road heads east along Molesworth Street and soon reaches open country. There are then a couple of straight sections linked by sharp corners before the road reaches a T-junction and TOTSOs left.
The road continues east and soon reaches Coagh. It meets the B18 at a mini-roundabout on the near side of town, after which it crosses the Ballinderry River to another mini-roundabout where it crosses the B160. The road then continues east across the fields via Drumtenny to Newport Trench. The B73 ends without warning in this village, apparently at the road junction with Ardboe Road. An unclassified road continues ahead to the shore of Lough Neagh.
