The B745 is a short B-road in west Lanarkshire.
It starts on the A71 by the church in Drumclog. The road narrows immediately and heads south through the village. It runs through an old railway embankment (where the actual bridge has been removed) before crossing a stream. The road continues south across flat terrain to reach a crossroads. It turns left here; whether this is a TOTSO or not is hard to say owing to the lack of road markings.
The B745 now heads east. It quickly crosses the Glengavel Water before bearing right to start climbing out of the valley. It ends soon afterwards at a T-junction on the B743 (former B744) opposite Dungavel House, now a detention centre for failed asylum seekers.
