The B86 is a short road in north County Antrim. It is the highest-numbered Class II road in Northern Ireland in the original 1923 classification, with the exception of a few wholly urban roads in Belfast and Derry, numbered B500 or higher.
The road starts in the centre of Dervock just to the north of the B66 TOTSO and heads northeast off this road along Toberdoney Road. It is more-or-less straight and largely flat. The road runs across fields and passes no places of any importance en route. A crossroads is soon reached, where the B86 ends on the B67. The road ahead is unclassified.
