The B9126 is a short link road west of Westhill in east Aberdeenshire. It was originally unclassified but had gained its number by 1932.
B9126 Approach to double bend
The route starts at a crossroads on the B977 in Lyne of Skene and heads east, signposted as the road to Aberdeen. It quickly leaves the small village behind and runs alongside a wood before reaching a sharp left-right zigzag; ending up on more-or-less the same alignment as before. A couple of short straights then run across the hillside, passing the farms at Terryvale, before a sharp right-hand bend around another block of woodland. The route continues through the fields, now heading south east to pass Skene School before ending at a crossroads on the A944, where Aberdeen-bound traffic turns left. The unclassified road ahead passes the Loch of Skene en route to the B9119.
