Chilton Junction is a junction on the A34, situated within Chilton. Road signs call the junction Chilton.
The junction replaced a crossroads where White Road met the old, single carriageway A34. The A34 to the north of here was placed on a new dual carriageway in the 1980s, and a new junction opened to the north-east. This permitted access to and from the south only. Jubilee Bridge allowed pedestrians from Chilton to cross the new dual carriageway.
In 2016, to support local development, north-facing slips were added. These opened on 10 November. Following this, and the opening of the Harwell Link Road, the B4493 was extended along a previously unclassified road to the junction.
