Cornwall County Council is the Highway Authority for all roads in the Administrative County of Cornwall, with the exception of roads managed by the Highways Agency.
Highways Management
The county council is responsible for the maintenance of all roads and associated footpaths in the county and also maintain traffic signals, road markings, traffic signs and 47,000 street lights.
