Renumbered from E200 in 1985, the only 3-digit Euroroute in Britain and Ireland links the two main e-w Euroroutes in Ireland and forms part of the Dublin - Cork route. It's completely identical in route to the N8, all of which, outside of Cork, is motorway (M8).
