Eltham Green Interchange was a planned junction as part of the London Ringways. It would have replaced the existing Yorkshire Grey roundabout and have north facing access only onto the A20(M). The nearby A2/A205 junction at the time was planned with east facing slips only so the Eltham Green junction would have provided the missing access towards Central London. The layout shown here was subject to further investigation so therefore shouldn't be regarded as final. As the Ringways were scrapped shortly after it's likely that further investigation never took place.
Another plan exists showing stubs for slip roads in both directions but without any further detail. As Dutch House Interchange would have been immediately to the south the provision of south facing slips would have been problematic.
