Description:	A1 'Route de la Liberation' underpass, St.Helier Jersey The Route de la Liberation itself is a relief road built to by-pass the southern Esplanade as it heads into town. But it seems unable to stop the usual rush hour jams! The relief road eventually joins up with the northern Esplanade beyond.
