Description:LC

A bit of fiddling on Picasa and, it turns out the dark LC is at Wansford on the A1 n/bnd, which closed in Jan 07. Built as the Mermaid pub in 1934 to replace pub of the same name demolished to make way for the Wansford by-pass.

Possibly a transport cafe originally, from its 1930's appearance. <small>''Originally uploaded to Coppermine on Mar 19, 2007 by St
