Description:M6 Toll J5 freeflow

The present junction provides little use for the most important traffic flows, these being A5 to A5 and A5 West to A5148. The former single roundabout with unused earthworks should have had the flyover built and then direct links from the A5 to the M6 added to make M6-A5148 movements freeflow. As the M6 Toll would be free there would be less traffic using the A5 to avoid the tolls.
