Description:	The Twin Sails Bridge, the new lifting bridge over the channel into Holes Bay which will work in conjunction with the existing Poole Bridge, opened today for pedestrians. It was due to open to vehicles this coming Monday but that has been delayed for a short time. Here we look along the road which has been appropriately named Twin Sails Bridge Approach, although traffic in this lane will be leaving rather than approaching the bridge, heading into the town centre.
