Lix Toll This garage is a landmark on a remote stretch of the !A85 trunk road where it turns west to follow Glen Dochart towards Crianlarich after running northwards through Glen Ogle. There are often several recovery vehicles parked alongside. This photo was taken from a vantage point on the dismantled railway just to the south.

The remains of the abutment of the old Ballinluig Bridge, on the east bank of the Tummel. Behind is the A827 flyover at Ballinluig Junction
The new roundabout on the A827 on the western side of the A9 at Ballinluig Junction. The left hand exit is the original A827 to the junction, while the two round to the right are the new sliproads.
The old A827 flyover at Ballinluig Junction crosses the A9
Looking north on the A9 at Ballinluig Junction. The original at-grade link to the A827 can be seen on the right, although the central gap has been closed now that the northbound A9 has new slips.
The two new sliproads which turn tightly as they cross the railway line and drop down the narrow space between the rails and the A9 at Ballinluig Junction. The give way sign is on the cycle track!
The new northbound entry slip to the A9 just about touches down before passing under the old A827 flyover at Ballinluig Junction
Looking south on the A9 at Ballinluig Junction from the A827 flyover. The two new slips to the northbound A9 can be seen with their tight curves.
