A follow up from a previous photo taken looking south east on 7 October 2007 albeit a little further north showing the works now well under way to construct the previously mentioned roundabout. (The sign for the Merc garage is the common point in both pics) 13 May 2009

Because the central res isn't wide enough to provide a refuge it is being widened so one of the traffic lanes is being taken out instead of doing things properly and using some of the verge to widen the road.

This example is in roadworks when the very short lived striped livery was applied. The standard plain yellow reflective backs were used soon after and continue to this day.
