Another Arc on a Stanton concrete - Coppermine - 18876.jpg
Another Arc on a Stanton concrete

Here's another view of an identical installation to the one featured a couple of weeks ago. I think the Arc looks just as good as the original MA90 on this installation! It is the right thickness to carry off the shape of the bracket, and is the shallow-bowled version rather than the deep-bowl version, which I think is slightly less attractive!

A stanton column on teeside

This is a view of the Dorman Long cokeworks at South Bank (middlesbrough) that a lot of people don't ever see. Just before the tunnel is a Stanton column which looks in decent nick.

Concrete streetlights with WRTL MRL6 lanterns, Poole Dorset

Examples of existing short Stanton type concrete streetlights equipped with WRTL MRL6 lanterns installed in the 80s. However new steel replacement columns with Thorn Triumphs have cropped up lately.
