Holme Lacy Bridge carries the B4399 - running from Grafton on the A49 south of Hereford to Even Pits on the B4224 between Mordiford and Fownhope – across the River Wye at a point 1.5 km NE of the village of Holme Lacy itself.

The present bridge, of weight-saving cellular concrete construction, opened in 1973 on the site of an earlier toll bridge built in 1857 to replace the former Even Pits ferry crossing.
