Route
Starting on the L41 north east of Bandon, the L68 ran through Killeady to Halfway along the current R589. After a brief multiplex with the T65 (now N71), it continued west along the current R613 (the map shows it as unclassified from the T65 to Fivemilebridge), and possibly forked just to the west of Carrigaline with the current R613 using the southern spur.
