Junctions on the B531

Originally a simple roundabout to the south of Bedford, where the southern bypass terminated on the old road, this junction has seen lots of changes in recent years, first of all becoming a hamburger (with the A421 being the through route), then the opening of the Bedford Western bypass (A428) in December 2009, and grade-separation of the A421 in late 2010. It is proposed to route the A6 via the Western bypass, and thus through this junction.
