The R769 is the pre-bypass route of the N25 into Wexford town. It starts at the New Ross Road Roundabout (southern terminus of the N11) as an eastward continuation of the N25 – that road now going south from the roundabout and along the bypass. It ends on the R730 gyratory, on the corner of 1798 Street and Westgate, in the town centre.
